Delete Directly from the App

If you currently have the app installed on your device, the fastest way to delete your account and associated data is inside the app itself:

  1. Open the IGNOU Mate application.
  2. Go to Settings or Profile Settings from the main menu.
  3. Tap on the Delete Account option.
  4. Confirm the action. All stored records, bookmarks, and preferences will be permanently erased.

Request Account Deletion Manually

If you have already uninstalled IGNOU Mate or are unable to access the in-app option, you can submit a deletion request below. Alternatively, you can email us directly at jnu.infosoft@gmail.com.
